Glazed Carrots
1 lb Carrots, pared, cooked whole and cooled
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons Butter

Cut carrots into 1/2 inch slices. Melt butter over low heat; add brown sugar and stir until sugar dissolves. Add carrot slices and cook over medium heat, turning carrots until well glazed, about 12 minutes.

Serves 6
