Butchers Cut Boneless Irish Cured Ham
This is the only Irish cured ham you will find in the USA. The lean muscle of the top round of pork is butcher cut to form the ham. The Irish cure mixture is imported from Ireland. The hams are cured to our specifications.

This ham ( AKA Gammon) is essentially a baking ham. Some bake it directly, most would boil it for a while before baking. The Lean layer of fat on the back of the ham holds a glaze very well. There is a recipe for Whiskey Baked ham in our recipe section - you could use this as a reference point for cooking and can use your own favorite glaze. You may wish to tie the ham before cooking to get that preferred round shape.

This salmon is produced in the traditional Irish way. Smoked in Oak shavings, the salmon retains its pure nature by giving you a succulent and delicate flavour. This is Salmon at its best! This Smoked Irish Atlantic Salmon won the Gold Medal at the prestigious Great Taste Awards in London in 2005 after winning the Silver Medal already in 2003!
